By making a purchase on AliensCustom, you accept the following terms of return and refund policy. This policy has been established to provide you with complete information about our returns and refunds. This policy applies to all purchases on alienscustom.com from any country.
I. RETURN POLICY
A. POLICY FOR RETURNS WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM DELIVERY DATE
We offer a return policy of 30 days from delivery date, which means that you have a period of 30 days after delivery date to request a return.
Return Items Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the new condition, unworn or unused, with tags.
Return shipping fee:
AliensCustom will provide prepaid labels for returns item.
Restock fee
We don’t charge a restocking fee on returns.
B. RETURN PROCESS
Return method: By Mail
– The customer sends a return request to email: support@alienscustom.com with subject “Return/Refund Request” and provides us with the order number + picture of the defect on the product.
– We will review requests and provide return labels by email. Customers need to download and print.
– Customer needs to package the returned product and send it to us at 4818 Woodall St, Dallas, TX 75247, United States with recipient’s name: AliensCustom Return.
Notice when we receive the return package?
After receiving your returned package, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt. The time taken to receive the returned goods may vary depending on your address.
C. EXCHANGES
We only provide exchanges for damaged, defective, incorrect products, items in the wrong size, or no match description on the product specification website. If you need to exchange an item, please reach out to us at support@alienscustom.com via email.
D. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status of the return. Soon, you will also receive a decision on whether to accept the refund or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method according to the refund policy. Note that the bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
II. REFUND POLICY
AliensCustom only accepts refunds in the following situations:
+ Customer did not receive the order
+ Eligible returned items
+ Order canceled successfully
Amount of the refund
In case of customer did not receive the order or order canceled successfully, the refund value will be equal to the total amount paid on the invoice.
With eligible returned items, the amount of the refund will correspond to the price of the returned item. In the event that all products in an order are returned, the refund value will be equal to the total amount paid on the purchase invoice.
When will you receive your refund?
After we receive the returned product, our department inspects it within 3 business days and communicates the refund decision to you via email. If approved, the refund will be applied to your original payment method or credit card within 3-5 business days.
If you have not received your refund and it’s been more than a few days, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company or bank to ensure that there are no delays on their end. If you have done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@alienscustom.com.
